# Options

Meridian has three subscription tiers, priced per app per month in USD, excluding VAT (see [VAT](/billing#vat-and-billing-details)). Every tier includes the full platform and hosting; the differences are capacity, team size and support.

## Lite

\$69 per app per month. For individuals and small teams.

* Full platform: pricing plan builder, CRM & Analytics, automations, emails and reports.
* Hosting included, with a private domain and a sending domain.
* App Store analytics, keyword tracking and reviews.
* Unlimited collaborators.

## Pro

\$169 per app per month. For growing teams.

* Everything in Lite.
* Unlimited SDK, MCP and Pub/Sub requests.
* Unlimited automations, segments and reports.
* 30,000 emails a month.
* 5 GB database and 100 GB bandwidth.
* [External database access](/database-external-access): connect to the app's database from your own tools and servers.
* Live support.

## Enterprise

Custom pricing. For agencies and large teams. Ask the Meridian team from inside Meridian (see [Asking about Enterprise](#asking-about-enterprise)).

* Everything in Pro.
* Single sign-on, audit logs and regional hosting.
* Slack integration.
* Dedicated support, a Customer Success Manager and phone support.
* Custom hosting and limits.

### Asking about Enterprise

Click **Talk to us** wherever Enterprise appears: the plan step of onboarding, **Change plan**, **Compare plans**, the hosting comparison, the plan picker when you create an app, an app's billing page and the activity log. A form opens in Meridian: write what you need and click **Send**. The request is sent with your account's name and email, and the Meridian team replies to that email address.

* **Inside an organization**, the request names the organization, and the app when you asked from one. Sending it takes the **Billing: Manage** permission (see [Permissions](/customer-permissions)). Without it the button is turned off, and its tooltip asks you to go to an owner or an admin.
* **During onboarding**, the organization does not exist yet, so the request is sent with your account only. Mention your organization and apps in the message if it helps.
* You can send a few requests in a row. After several in a short time, Meridian asks you to wait a few minutes.

Unlimited means Meridian doesn't meter it in normal product usage. Fair-use ceilings apply and are published in our terms. Prices exclude tax.
