An affiliate is a person, not a membership. The roster is the organization-level view: everyone who earns commission across all your programs, with the identity and payout details they share between them.

Why this exists separately

The same partner can promote two of your apps. Their membership in each program is separate, with its own link, its own rules and its own commissions, but who they are and where they get paid is one record. Editing a bank detail or a display name in one place is the point.

The list

Each affiliate with their display name, how many programs they’re in, and what they’ve earned all-time. Above it: how many affiliates you have across all programs, total earned, and how many are on payout hold. Search by name or email.

A profile

  • Display name: what you call them, independent of the email that identifies them.
  • Payout details: where their money goes.
  • Notes: your own context on the relationship.
  • Memberships: every program they’re in, with a way into each.

Payout hold

A hold excludes the affiliate from payout generation entirely. Commissions keep accruing and stay outstanding; nothing is aggregated for them until the hold is lifted. Use it while a payout detail is being confirmed, or while a relationship is under review. It stops money moving without stopping the tracking, and without deleting anything.
